Danfoss Fire Safety participated in the DHL Relay Race again in 2023, which was held throughout Denmark with more than 217,000 runners and walkers across the country. More than 40 active colleagues represented our company, in Odense divided into both walking and running teams. The routes offered a special experience through OdenseZOO and Den Fynske Landsby in nice weather and great company. Congratulations, Rashid Haddadi, on your 25th work anniversary! Recounting his experience at Danfoss Fire Safety A/S, Rashid has nothing but good things to say: “Over the course of my career, I’ve built strong relationships with customers and colleagues. In 1998, I started out as an engineer, and not long after, I went into sales. I felt that as a salesperson, I could truly excel and bring value to the company. I love travelling, meeting new people, experiencing new cultures, and last but not least, I enjoy the thrill of doing business. I’ve travelled to more than 40 countries, and I’ve left the Danfoss footprint in all of them,” he says, beaming. “I’m thankful for all the opportunities, and I’m grateful to my colleagues for all the great memories we’ve made over the years.” Rashid’s commitment to his job is an inspiration to others in the field. With many years of experience in fire protection, Danfoss Fire Safety provides accredited training to professionals in the industry. We offer training on High-Pressure Water Mist System Fundamentals, certified by the FIA, for a total of 1 hour’s worth of CPD. Why attend:

Our amazing colleague, David Sherrington, is taking part in the Megawatt Tour of Europe, cycling from Amsterdam on 17th of April and aiming to reach Monaco on 25th of April, just in time for Datacloud Global Congress Monaco (Tag BroadGroup). The tour is raising funds on behalf of Mates in Mind, a charity raising awareness and addressing the stigma of poor mental health and promoting the development of positive mental wellbeing within the workplace across a broad range of industries. “I feel very privileged to take part in this opportunity for such an important cause. For nine days, I will be pedalling alongside a team of great people to raise awareness of mental health and to promote the connection between physical activity, a sense of purpose, and general wellbeing. The 1,600km tour will certainly be a physical and mental challenge, and I look forward to progressing through it day by day, culminating with our arrival at Datacloud Global Congress.” David shares with enthusiasm and anticipation.
