Welcome to the new Danfoss Fire Safety

Danfoss A/S takes over the full ownership of Danfoss Semco A/S. The legal company name is now changed from Danfoss Semco A/S to Danfoss Fire Safety A/S.
Since 2006, Danfoss A/S, Denmark’s biggest industrial components manufacturer, has owned 60% of Danfoss Semco A/S, with 40% owned by C.W. Obel, a major Danish investment company. With effect from May 2019, Danfoss A/S owns 100% of Danfoss Semco. The takeover takes place in connection with a change in the company’s forward-looking strategy.
We are in the process of changing the name in our documentation and materials. This will happen over the next period. Except for the new legal company name, all other aspects remain unchanged for now.
