Minister visits super large hospital protected with water mist

Danish minister of Economic Affairs & Interior got a hands-on demonstration of the SEM-SAFE^® high-pressure water mist system installed in the 250.000 m² Skejby University Hospital.

The minister Morten Østergaard visited the facility, still under construction, in spring, together with representatives from the Region of Midtjylland.

On that occasion it was demonstrated, the benfits the systems provides for life safety and protection of valuable equipment and buildings.

All areas of the hospital is protected by the system, generating substantial savings on construction costs through implementation of performance based fire safety analysis.
