Since 2006, Danfoss A/S, Denmark’s biggest industrial components manufacturer, has owned 60% of Danfoss Semco A/S, with 40% owned by C.W. Obel, a major Danish investment company. With effect from May 2019, Danfoss A/S owns 100% of Danfoss Semco. The takeover takes place in connection with a change in the company’s forward-looking strategy.
